Please note that our 2024 membership dues campaign is underway. Dues for an entire year are $35, and go entirely toward the following things:

• Providing upkeep and beautification of the medians in the neighborhood
• Ensuring snow removal – our streets are not considered main streets, and so in the event of a heavy snowfall, are at a lower priority for city removal, but we contract for additional snow removal because our streets are main streets to US
• Advocacy for our neighborhood’s need for street and drainage repairs, as well as for other items of maintenance and safety
• Community events, such as the Independence Day parade and the annual rummage
• Communications and community connections via our quarterly newsletter, Facebook, this website, and emails to keep you informed of events and concerns

We operate with a volunteer board to ensure that dues stretch as far as possible, and really appreciate your continuing support. Please consider submitting your 2024 dues at the following link:
